We are a nonprofit organization in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We are dedicated to uplifting Veterans, Active Military, First Responders, Healthcare Workers, Teachers, and families by providing support, resources, and a strong community network when it matters most.

Our Story

Heroes Helping Heroes NWI began with a shared vision to build a community where service is honored through action. What started as a small effort to support local heroes has grown into a mission-driven organization focused on real impact—meeting urgent needs, strengthening families, and restoring hope.

We saw the gaps in support systems and knew something had to change. From that moment, Heroes Helping Heroes was born: a place where compassion meets action, and where every hero has someone standing beside them.
